FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY AND MAPAQ COMMITTEE: HEALTHY FOOD SUPPLY

Marie de Tarlé, QPMA executive assistant and public affairs, was on hand for a meeting of the Comité de l’industrie de la transformation alimentaire (food processing industry committee) and MAPAQ’s healthy food program, part of the Table québécoise de la Saine Alimentation (TQSA, the Quebec healthy eating round table), on November 6. The following points, among others, were addressed: the INSPQ research project on access to healthy food and the place of deserts in MAPAQ’s healthy food program.
